So why have you included some classic stories from Project Gutenberg?
Why limit ourselves to TG stories alone when there's a great archive that includes some wonderful stories that make great reading for girls of all ages.
So I'll find a load of stories I've seen before?
Not unless you're a bookworm (that's not an insult, reading is a good thing, it's why we're here afterall). We are including some very well known titles but it's possible the version you know is not the same as the original text, especially some of the older fairy tales which may not have had the happy ending we are so used to now.
Maybe you will find a story you've never seen before because it was popular in a different country from where you live.
Can I find recent stories too?
Unfortunately for a story to be in the public domain the author will have died some time ago so we are afraid that is unlikely. (The time involved has changed in the past and will change again in the future)
OK so how do I find these stories?
All of these stories will be marked with the tag "Classic Literature". OK it might sound a little pretentious but it's unambiguous.
What if I find a suitable Gutenberg story you don't have?
